Becoming a Registered USA Amateur Boxing Coach

Step 1. Locate the boxing gyms in your desired traveling area

1. Go to: http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Boxing.aspx
   1. Click on MEMBERSHIP
   2. Click on FIND A USA BOXING REGISTERED CLUB
   3. Select the state from the drop down menu
   4. Contact the Head Coach Listed for the club(s) that you are interested in
   5. Schedule a meet and greet Step Register as USA Amateur Boxing Coach
2. Go to: http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Boxing.aspx
   1. Click on MEMBERSHIP, REGISTRATION, NEW MEMBERS
   2. Complete all of the necessary fields of information
   3. Prepare to pay the Annual Fee and a Semi-Annual Background Check Fee
      1. Cost May Vary
   4. Follow the online instructions to have your Coaching Passbook made. Step Complete online SafeSport Training
3. Go to: http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Boxing.aspx
   1. Login to your account
   2. Select MEMBER AREA
   3. Select SAFESPORT
   4. Watch the videos and take the quiz(s)
   5. Once you have passed – wait for confirmation
   6. Print the SafeSport Certificate Step 4. Complete your Level 1 Coach Certification
4. Go to: http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Boxing.aspx
   1. Login to your account
   2. Select MEMBER AREA
   3. Select COACH CERTIFICATION
   4. Select TAKE COACH’s EXAM
   5. Continue the exam until all questions are answered correctly
   6. Print off the updated membership card for the USA Boxing Passbook
      1. Member Area – Print Membership Card
